To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The following Goods are not eligible for return,
Downloadable Software Products
Underwear and Swimwear
Textiles or accessories with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
To complete your return, you must contact us via email at email@example.com or by phone (toll free) +1(833)221-1162. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to write on the outside of the return package and mailing instructions for the return
Please do not send your purchase back to our shipping address until you have first contacted our customer service department and have received an RA#
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check with the processor.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or items discounted up to 25% off the regular retail value.
