Warranty Policy

Two, (2), Year Limited Warranty

Two (2) years from the time of initial purchase, maloja clothing will repair or replace, at its discretion any products found to be defective by maloja, which excludes normal wear and tear.  If you purchased your item through a retailer other than www.malojaclothing.com please contact the retailer where your purchase was made and they will facilitate the warranty process for you. Claims purchased at www.malojaclothing.com should be directed to info@malojaclothing.com or by phone (toll free) 866.255.3791 ext: 1238.  When contacting us we require you to provide us with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your warranty item to our shipping address until you have first contacted our service department and have received a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All shipments received by our warehouse without a RA# will be refused.

You will be asked to adhere to the following for a Two (2) Year Limited Warranty claim

  • Locate original purchase receipt or provide purchase order number and full name of whom the order was placed by.
  • To fast track the process please take a photograph of damaged product to be submitted with your warranty claim.
  • Go to our Contact page at www.malojaclothing.com or direct email info@malojaclothing.com.
  • Once product images are evaluated you may asked to ship product to maloja clothing at which time a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be provided. You will need to include the RA# and in the ATTN: details when shipping back.  If the RA# is not included your warranty claim could be lost or shipped back to you.

Once product is received, product will either be repaired or replaced.  If the product is replaced the same product will be replaced whenever stock allows.  If the same product is unavailable then maloja will select a product of equal or higher value at maloja’s discretion to replace.  If product is repairable then maloja will repair at its discretion.

  • If your product is to be repaired please allow 6-8 weeks for repair
  • Cost of shipping to maloja is at the cost of the customer.  If the product is deemed by maloja to be covered by warranty then shipment back to customer will be at no cost with type of courier service determined by maloja clothing.
